After nearly a year, the court issued its final ruling (we believe) yesterday, and Megan is now a part of our family in the legal sense.
There's still some paperwork to do, and the small matter of the birth mother being given 10 days to change her mind.
But, it looks like Jessica and Barbara will be ready to travel in mid-March!
