This morning, we learned that the orphanage received the "confirmation" of the adoption. This is the next step in this process. They will do some paperwork, and submit information back to the courts.
Things are looking good. I believe this also means that US Embassy has been notified, and their clock is ticking. The process is parallel for the next (about) 3 weeks, but at the end, we'll have an appointment with the Embassy and the courts and be able to travel to Taiwan.
Right now, it looks like the travel dates will happen around the week of April 13th.
