Getting better.

Friday morning, things started off on a much better note.  A good night's sleep certainly helped.  And there's a certain comfort in the house.  I was there when she woke up, and made funny faces for her.  She seemed to like that. 

 

She started warming up.  Still wouldn't let me hold her, but its a start.

 

My parents - yaya and papa - came over to meet her.  They fell in love instantly, and my mom was able to take her without an issue.  She was very happy.  She liked papas beard, but otherwise gave him a similar reaction to me.

 

When the boys came home it was playtime again.  The three of them had fun with the various 1-year old toys and riding toys we have in the house.

 

Still, Julian wants his private mommy and daddy time, and shows a little jealousy.  Its not all bad, but its interesting to watch him react and interact with Megan.  Andrew is doing great.  At 9, he has really taken to having a little sister.

 

Throughout the day, I could see Megan was warming to me, though when she was really tired, she wouldn't let me near her.
